Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return for a refund within 14 days of the purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns after 14 days may be allowed if in original condition with a 15% restocking fee.

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return for a refund within 14 days of the purchase. I DO NOT do exchanges.

Refund will be made for original purchase price and does not include shipping costs unless the return or exchange is the seller's error. If return is due to seller's error, seller will refund cost of first class postage only. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned item must be in unaltered and in its original condition. Refund will be issued once I receive it.
